Bio

Tudor D. Mihoc received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, in 2011, successfully defending his dissertation titled ‘‘Detecting Equilibria in Game Theory – Evolutionary Approach’’, under the guidance of Prof. D. Dumitrescu. His professional journey commenced as a Mathematics and Computer Science Teacher, spanning from September 2000 to December 2008. Subsequently, he transitioned to academia, serving as an Assistant Professor at Babeș-Bolyai, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, from October 2012 to September 2017. Currently, he holds the position of Lecturer at Babes, Bolyai University, a role in which he delivers courses in Artificial Intelligence, Computer graphics, and Quantum Computing. His tenure involves conducting associated seminars and laboratories. Mihoc’s primary areas of research interest are optimization and game theory, with a good publishing record. His areas of study are broad and include quantum computing, computer graphics, simulations, and computational game theory.
