Machines will progress from tool to assistant to collaborator to coach to mediator by about 2035, and in the process be equipped with an episodic dynamic memory. A "cognitive mediator" is a trusted advisor on personal development and negotiations to help us invest systematically in better win-win, value co-creation interactions with others.
