With a background in psychology and ergonomics, Arthur is interested in user-centered design, whether it involves proposing a design, optimizing performance, efficiency, or playability. He focuses primarily on the advantages and risks associated with the use of ICT, and on technological persuasion. He favors a systemic and holistic approach, integrating all components of the user experience.
