Bio
Alexandru has been active for over twenty years in the academic andresearch environment, specializing in the field of strategic management,innovation management, digital organizations and entrepreneurship.Alexandru has contributed to the development of innovation ecosystems byimplementing innovation projects in companies and universities anddeveloping capacities and competencies for innovation , strategiccompetitiveness and digital transformation. Currently, Alexandru is PhDLecturer at Babeș-Bolyai University, Head of Innovation and DigitalTransformation at Transilvania IT Cluster, expert at TransilvaniaDigital Innovation Hub, being also involved in the activities of theTransilvania Living Lab in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
