Bio
Simona Motogna is a professor of Computer Science at Babes BolyaiUniversity, Cluj Napoca, Romania, and currently serves as the chair ofthe Diversity and Inclusion working group of Informatics Europe. Simonawas also an active member in EUGAIN COST Action and dedicated tosupporting women in academic careers in Computer Science. Her researchfocuses on empirical methods in Software Engineering and Software Quality.
