Oscar Corcho · 02/10/2025

This is a basic-level self-standing learning module on Knowledge Graphs. This module consists of 10 micromodules, which cover approx. 10 hours of high-quality learning material. One will learn the evolution of Semantic Web technologies since their inception in the early 2000s, finally arriving into the concept of knowledge graphs. The basic foundations for knowledge graphs will be explored, including data and knowledge representation languages (RDF, RDF Schema, SPARQL) and their different types of serialisations, as well as programming libraries for knowledge graph management (RDFLib). Then the learning module will move into discussing techniques for knowledge graph creation.
