Introduction to Software Engineering Methods

In this course we are going to present a set of methods and techniques used to guide the software development process. The methods and techniques represent both well-established and relatively new approaches and developments in software engineering area. Having passed the course, the attendant should acquire:

• understanding of the most important concepts and the methods in software development
• skill to evaluate and use the most important concepts and the methods in software development.

This is a basic course which is oriented toward people who didn’t study software engineering area previously but may have some experience in developing software. The course doesn’t have specific pre-requisites and is open for a broad audience.
