Session-Based Behaviour Detection in Educational Contexts

This course covers the entire process of designing and developing session-based detection of user behaviour in a educational contexts. An application designed to improve the communication skills of health professionals is used as an example. The module covers user research, idea development, design, and user testing for such applications. Participants will explore things like design thinking, user research methods, prototyping, and system evaluation. The module examines how session-based detection can be applied in educational settings and demonstrate how feedback can be formed from analysis. Participants will learn about the ethical, privacy, and technical challenges associated with these systems.
