This course introduces the foundations of Emotion AI and equips learners with the knowledge to understand, evaluate, and apply technologies that sense and respond to human emotions. Through twelve structured modules, students explore psychological theories of emotion and how AI systems analyze facial expressions, voice, text, and physiological signals. Applications in healthcare, education, and business are examined alongside cultural and ethical concerns. The course concludes with a capstone project where students critically evaluate a real-world Emotion AI product.
